REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY
Replacement Theology (RT) teaches that God has forever rejected Israel as His favored nation, and that the Church
has replaced the Jewish people in the purpose of God.
It teaches that the International Church has superseded for all times National Israel as the institution for the
administration of Divine blessing to the world, and that the Church is the sole agency of the redemptive purposes of
God.
THE GREATEST ENEMY OF THE TRUTH CAN BE THAT WHICH IS TRUE
It is true that because of Israel’s unbelief and rejection of their Messiah, they have temporarily forfeited
the great privilege of being the unique people of God. Until the future acceptance of their Messiah God has
temporarily replaced the nation with the Church as His witness people to the world. See Israel, (Exodus 19:5-6; Deut.
14:2; 26:18; psalm 135:4; Romans 11:1-21, 25-36) and the church, (1 Peter 2:9).
Using the discretionary interpretation of scripture which is taking scripture out of its literal historical context, Christians
are taught to “believe God for your blessing; for God has made you the head and not the tail.” (Deut .28:13-14)

Any theology and doctrine that does not recognize, understand, and accept the nation of Israel’s role and place as a
nation and a people in the redemptive purposes of God, is a disjointed, incoherent, and confusing theology and
doctrine.

- Replacement Theology declares that the Church is now the "New Israel" (“New or spiritual Israel or the fruition of
Israel.”) - That God has forever rejected and is punishing the Jewish people because of their rejection of Jesus Christ.
- It teaches that there is no future for the Jewish people in the land of Israel.
- Christians are taught to believe that they have inherited all the promises of blessing made to the Jewish people
and the land of Israel. - According to (RT), the Church as the "New Israel" has forever replaced the "Natural Israel" and is now the
beneficiary of all that God promised the Jewish people. - According to (RT), when the Bible speaks of blessing the Jewish people, it is actually speaking to the Church.
- According to (RT), the Church is now the land, the city, anyone or anything else for which are promises or
blessings. - But when God speaks of judgment instead of blessing, Replacement Theology declares that God is directing His
curses or judgment toward the Jewish people or the land of Israel. - In other words, blessings are for the Church and curses are for the Jews!
