September 11, 2001 defined and changed the course of modern world history!
WHERE HAVE WE BEEN?

We Ain't Nobody!
To those who frequent this site and may wonder why for most of 2011 we've been silent. The truth is, (2) The Point
for several reasons had to temporarily disband as a fellowship. We are commanded by Scripture to walk worthily!
(Ephesians 4:1; Colossians 1:10; 1 Thessalonians 2:12)

As a small fellowship, it can be glaringly apparent where we are falling short and it became necessary
to force
(2) The Point to do some self examination.

See the commentary on Do I Need You for some perspective.

As leaders, we recognize that the members of this congregation don't belong to us, they belong to Christ Jesus our
Lord and Savior!
We've merely been called as stewards to shepherd God's flock. To walk along with them as examples
teaching, leading, protecting, correcting, challenging and serving as the Spirit works to conform us to the
Image of
Christ!

There is a heavy cost associated with the cross, one we ALL must be willing to bear.
As such, we must be
willing to do some
SELF examination which in part is for our protection. We considered 2011 as a year in which
we entered into this process of
SELF examination for (2) The Point. (2 Corinthians 13:5)
A process of soul searching which has now set the stage for our latest teaching on sanctification, by which we're
learning how to live as dead men and women while walking in freedom as slaves of Christ!
(Romans 6:8, 18; Colossians 2:20; Colossians 3:3; 2 Timothy 2:11)

We're REFOCUSED on the truth of heaven and accept the fact that this world (in it's current state of imperfection)
is NOT our home, we're merely Ambassadors! Christ did not redeem us in order to conform us to His Image
and perfection, to receive/reward us with a world of imperfection! (Revelation 21:1)

(2) The Point Ministries would like to thank Pastor Eric Phillips, the E3 leadership and the East End Ecclesia
family for helping us to recognize that it was time for
(2) The Point to re-emerge.

To God Be ALL Glory!
